LS Photography: Jayme & Brianna

Jayme and Brianna are two great friends who travelled from Lincoln, NE to Manhattan to have their senior photos taken together. Both girls are planning to attend college in Manhattan next year...Jayme at Manhattan Christian College and Brianna at Kansas State University. We met one very hot Saturday morning and had an absolute blast! These girls have been friends practically their entire lives and it was such an honor for me to photograph them!

We started out at the KSU Gardens and got several beautiful shots of the girls surrounded by flowers and all the greenery at the Gardens. Jayme even got a little wet in the fountain! :) Brianna is an awesome basketball player and will be playing basketball for the Wildcats next fall so of course we had to get a few shots with her basketball!

Next we headed out to Pillsbury Creek, with a stop at an abandoned barn...which was little sketchy but turned out to be a great spot! Our drive to Pillsbury took a little longer than expected because as usual I'm really bad with directions and paying attention to where we are going! :) But we made it!

Pillsbury was quite the experience for all of us! Jayme and Brianna wanted to recreate some pictures of themselves from when they were younger. So we had both girls hanging upside down from a bar when these big wet dogs came running at as! We all were screaming and running out of the way. The dogs were chasing us, shaking to dry themselves off and jumping up on us. It was quite the sight to see 6 girls running and screaming to get away from these big wet dogs! What an experience and fun memory of this day!
